Development Analysis In Henan University High Level Men’s Basketball Team

With CUBA league’s growing influence in our colleges and universities, the following economic andsporting effect gradually becoming apparent. At the same time, so vigorous and strong momentum ofdevelopment prospects for the construction and development of China’s University basketball team has putforward higher requirements. There are five universities in Henan Province set up seven high-levelbasketball teams, namely Henan University, Sias International College of Zhengzhou University,Zhengzhou University, Zhongyuan Engineering College and Henan Polytechnic University. HenanUniversity male basketball team’s competitive level and achievements in the country has been falling fast.Compared with the male high level basketball team, since the male basketball team reached the nationalquarterfinals in2006created the best results in Henan Province, the results showed a rapid downward trend.These phenomena indicate that in practice and exploration stage high-level male University basketballteams are still have many problems and deficiencies in its development process, which is one of the maintrends of decline in the overall team. However, in recent years, as the most populated province of Henan inthe development of high-level University basketball team lagged behind other provinces. In terms of teambuilding, not only scarce quantities can not form a strong competitive ability in the province, but also dueto their own lack of strength cause Henan male basketball team at the national level of the overallcompetitive downstream position. Recently, it hasn’t achieved excellent grades, and the results have showna significant downward trend.In this study, I choose four universities, such as Henan University, Sias International College ofZhengzhou University, Zhengzhou University, Henan Polytechnic University, for the survey. Throughliterature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, in-depth understanding of the currentsituation of the development of high-level men’s basketball team in Henan Province. Analysis of theconstraints to explore university men’s basketball team to further develop unfavorable factors, and madesuggestions to them.Research results show that high-level men’s basketball teams in universities of Henan province thefollowing problems exist: 1. Henan Province high-level men’s basketball player of the enrollment system was too rigid and recruitingquality isn’t good enough.2. For team development of Universities in Henan Province authorities do not pay attention single fundingsources.3. Henan Province, excellent university men’s basketball team team goals are generally low.4. University of Henan Province high-level men’s basketball team large tournament fewer and shortschedule.5.High-level men’s basketball coach in university of Henan Province examination system needs to beimproved, some dedicated coaches less.6.Inadequate management of athletes in universities of Henan Province, unable to meet the needs ofathletes in learning, training and employment.7. Advanced men’s basketball teams in universities of Henan Province only for competitions and training,the lack of annual training plans.This study put forward some practical proposals to solve this problem:1. In universities of Henan Province issued preferential policies to attract talent.2. Combined with local University basketball reserve talents of traditional basketball and sports training.3. Clear team-building goals, school, supervisor responsible, problem solving team funding.4. Reform of the system, increase opportunities for competition within the province, increased andcompetition experience.5. Improving the system of appointing coaches and incentive mechanisms, promoting the specialization ofcoaches.6. According to the athletes ’ cultural basis for the formulation of training plan, easing training conflicts.7. To enhance the quality of training time and training study regularities between, explore scientific andreasonable training system.
