The pace of China’s modernization in the21st century increasingly fast pace ofeducation reform also will increase, China’s education is also undergoing tremendouschanges.In all educational subjects, as an integral part of youth education in the discipline,subject to the degree of importance of art education and the historical task it has undertakenmore and more to be concerned about..Art teacher plays an important role in art educationprocess, they force charged with improving students’ aesthetic and creative ability tasks. In theprocess of teaching how to properly hold one of the three new curriculum teaching goals, howto coordinate the students to acquire knowledge, how to make art education to become a trueaesthetic education, art teachers of these issues need to hold and complete.Hou to years of struggle in the first line of teaching in schools, in twenty-firstCentury in China’s super art teachers in primary and middle schools model, known as the"practical" art education theorist. He is rich in teaching experience, these experiences into asubject for further study and Research on the accumulation of teaching experience, formed itsown theoretical system.
