Pre-Qin Confucian Educational Thought thinks highly of the cultivation of the Spirit of Human Dignity. Confucius devoted all his life to scholarship and educating people. Mencius stressed student-centered method of teaching to a higher degree. Xunzi pushed the status of teachers to an exalted position.However, instrumental rationality is popular nowadays. Under the influence of profit-oriented thinking and thought to benefit from education, secondary chianese language education has suffered from unprecedented destruction. Therefore, secondary school chianese language teachers naturally become a victim of this system. The loss of quality and the spirit of subjective personality of language teachers are worrying, because language education is not only important for the transmission of national culture and the construction of the spiritual world of people ,but also the nourishment of students'soul. The loss of the principal of personality of language teachers is serious, which results in not only burnout, but also split personality. Under the influence of profit-oriented thinking, scores and the school enrollment rate become the main theme of schools. Education has lost its original meaning "educating people " . Chinese language teachers are exprienceing painful choices between the basic survival aim and poetically seek.The core of Pre-Qin Confucian Educational Thought is the construction of consciousness, self-discipline of the main personality. The subjective personality of chinese language teachers should be reflected in the framework of reality.But the reality is that language teaching in secondary schools is changed into no poetic class by examination. Secondary chinese language teachers has been alienated to the people who have no consciousness by utilitarianism. The goal of chinese language education hasn't been truly realized. Pre-Qin Confucian provides a strong recommendation for teachers in secondary schools today in improving themselves and making others well-being. That is an evaluation system where ordinary secondary school chinese language teachers should, within the existing space, change themselves, enhance their quality and free themselves from examination and reality.
