Under the background of economic and information globalization, the position of human need to be promoted. The development of society can’t do without the person’s development. As the fundamental attribution of man, subjectivity is the source and destination of all human activity of thinking.Because of its rigid education mode, the traditional moral education has become a target of public criticism. Subjectivity Moral Education mode breaks through the drawbacks of traditional moral education mode, which has become the hot spot in the study of moral education. Subjectivity Moral Education emphasizes the students’ subjective status, emphasizing students independent, active, creative activity. In the school moral education, to help students play of the subjectivity become the goal of school moral education. It is also a Subjective Moral Education model to solve the problem.This article elaborates the theory of Subjectivity Moral Education and does some exploration and practice. We highlight the student and teachers’ status at the same time. Since teachers’ main status have been kept, to cultivate the subjectivity of students’ has been the focus of this study. It’s important to note that Subjectivity Moral Education is not negative to Traditional Moral Education mode, but to inheritance, breakthrough and development.This paper is to establish a kind of "school-based" moral education model."School-based" is based on the characteristics of Xietang middle school. We aims to construct a subjective model based on the teachers and students of Xietang middle school. In fact,"school-based" in this study has three layers of meaning. First of all, it is the present situation of the moral education of Xietang middle school that we based. Second, it is the hope that our work would be an example for other schools. Last but not least, in the larger range, we want to make subjectivity moral education come to practice, and finally promote the cultivation of moral subjectivity students groups, and the development of subjectivity moral education work. To investigate the present situation and students’ moral needs, we have designed the School Moral Education Work Questionnaire. Through the factor analysis, we found that the questionnaire consisted of eight factor, they ar the school moral education effect, life independent ability, evaluation to the school moral education, innovation consciousness and ideas in ability, life consciousness and the social trend consciousness, moral education activities, moral education teaching evaluation, and moral cultivation attention. We found that,first of all, there’s a high evaluation to moral education curriculum and teachers by students. Secondly, students prefer to participate in moral education practice both with teachers and students. However, there exist a low level of subjectivity. Thirdly, students ability to live independently is high. Last but not least, students’ independent innovation consciousness and ability are expected to improvement.
