Tigu educational technology company founded in2012, This paper takes the current operating conditions as the background, combined with strategic management and the theory about online education, firstly analyzes the company’s status of K12online products and the main problems, Secondly analyzes the company’s external environment and the internal resources. For the company’s current strengths and weaknesses the company re-positions itself and finally gets the company’s strategic target with its feasibility analysis.The basic idea of this paper is to ask questions, analyze and solve problems. I referred to a lot of literature in the research process, used competitive strategy theory and its analytical methods and analyzed with examples. I came to the conclusion in the current period of rapid development of online education that the Tigu company need to adopt these measures, such as strengthen brand construction, expanding the scope of the market, increasing the development of new products and technology, improving the construction of human resources, seeking strategic cooperation and optimizing organization structure and so on.Because the content of this paper is a new blank industry, so it not only provides the Tigu Company with actionable measures and recommendations can also provide some suggestions and inspiration for scholars and peers who study about the online education.
