Study On Entrepreneurship Consciousness Of Chinese Medicine Student And Countermeasures—a Case Study Of Guangzhou University Of Chinese Medicine

Objective:Nowadays, with rapid development of commodity economy, unemployment crisis and employment pressure, the employment situation of medical students in our country is not optimistic, especially for those Chinese medicine students. Self-employment is becoming an unstoppable trend. Medical students’ self-employment can on one hand, solve their own employment problem, and on the other hand, create more employment opportunity for society, which makes medical students’self-employment a realistic and effective way to relieve medical student employment pressure. However, with traditional entrepreneurship and employment concept deeply rooted, support from government limited, high education entrepreneurship education sufficient, undergraduates are hard to build their own career. So, to strengthen the cultivation of Chinese medicine students’entrepreneurship consciousness has practical and theoretical significance.Entrepreneurship should start from entrepreneurship consciousness, whose formation can help to improve entrepreneurship ability, autonomy and pertinence, and accomplish anticipated cultivation in advance. This thesis conducts research on medical students’entrepreneurship consciousness and analyzes its problems and put forward the countermeasures.Methods:Through sampling, literature research, comparative analysis, empirical research, and choosing students of first, second, third and fifth year of the first, second, and third clinical medical college of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, this thesis analyses their entrepreneurship consciousness, finds out problems and reasons, thus put forward methods to solve problems.Results: There are four parts in the thesis. The first part starts from the background and significance of entrepreneurship consciousness cultivation, states the research contents, achievement, and results, and put forwards research design and methods of this thesis. The second part is about the research towards entrepreneurship consciousness and vocational interest of.Chinese medicine students, including the questionnaire and statistic data. The third part analyses the current situation of entrepreneurship consciousness cultivation of Chinese medicine students, and explores the reasons from aspects of individual, school and society. The last part concludes basic features of entrepreneurship consciousness cultivation of Chinese medicine students, and puts forward cultivation method and countermeasures from aspects of individual, school and society.Conclusion:The employment pressure of China’s college students in current is more and more serious, so entrepreneurship is one of the effective ways to alleviate the employment, and entrepreneurship awareness is the motivation of entrepreneurship. This paper selected the entrepreneurial consciousness as the research object, and aims to promote entrepreneurship education reform from the perspective of entrepreneurial consciousness education. In addition, the paper is based on medical students’occupation interest, and combines the entrepreneurial awareness and occupation interest types to explore the reform problem of awareness of entrepreneurship education.The results found that medical students pioneering consciousness is generally higher, but the reality of the entrepreneurship rate is relatively low.
