Athletics is one of the traditional school sports major teaching project, which occupies alarge proportion in the traditional school sports syllabus in school physical education isconsidered to be the foundation for all sports programs, called "Movement of the mother."However, in recent years, as the impact of the diversified development of society, economy andconstantly improve people’s living standards, as well as trendy sports thoughts, athletics has beenunable to meet the psychological needs of contemporary college students in sports.
