In the institutionalization of school education and the current environment of newcurriculum reform process in our country, the school teachers’ professional developmentand education in the teaching management, is to improve education quality, the newcurriculum idea to carry out the practical points. Talking about the teachers’ professionaldevelopment and learning community, we often refer to the word”the educationalgroup”. Everyone knows the educational research group is the domestic primary andsecondary schools in basic business organizational unit. Its content is analysis of theteaching material, uniform curriculum content, the unified class group activities.In the background of high school new curriculum reform, curriculum reformadvocates have the major meaning to put forward a very constructive view-“teachers withnew teaching material grow together”. Specific participants and implementers of the newcurriculum, the teachers who are teaching in the classrooms, is to explore and promote themain force of the scientific curriculum teaching reform. Therefore, the educationalresearch group, which is taking on business guidance and training for teachers, become animportant field of the new curriculum reform.“New English curriculum standard” pointedout,“the focus of the new English curriculum reform is to change the emphasis of Englishcourse-grammar and syntax knowledge and teaching, ignoring the cultivation of student’sactual language using ability, emphasizes the course from the students’ interest in learning,life experience and the level of recognition, advocates experience, practice, participation,cooperation and the exchange of learning method and task-based teaching approach,developing the students’ comprehensive language using ability, make the process of language learning students form positive emotional experience, active thinking and boldpractice, improve cross-cultural consciousness and forming process of autonomouslearning ability”. So the educational research group as a grass-rooted organization ofteaching activities, the educational research group function of adjustment and advancedteaching idea is all the teaching activities smoothly and guaranteeing the teaching qualityof the important premise and foundation. Based on this, puts forward to promote teachers’professional development, deepening the reform of English education, strengthen theEnglish teaching features, will be “advocating experience, active participation, trainingthinking, personality development and improve the humanities cultivated manners.” as theeducational research group work idea, so as to improve my English and the overallcomprehensive strength. I will combine my own practice and research, based on the theoryof modern education and the histology principle, in the perspective of new curriculumreform, the construction of high school classrooms is a more comprehensive study,including its organization, job functions and place in the school administration structure,especially the own senior middle school English classrooms, I will take it as an example,elaborates the educational research group construction under the background of newcurriculum reform of new features,facing the new problems, how should we deal with?...
