This study was in2010of’the national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline’(2010-2020),"the basic education curriculum reform outline" and "ordinary high school curriculum program (experimental)"(the base of teach [2003] no.6), and other national policies and the new curriculum reform of basic education, the guiding ideology, etc, under the guidance of theories in Henan province ordinary high school principals, the teachers and students as the research object, using literature method, field study, comparative study, questionnaire and semi-structured interview, choosing nanyang, anyang, zhengzhou, luo river, zhumadian, pingdingshan, shangqiu, zhoukou, xinyang, luoyang, xuchang, hebi, puyang, jiaozuo, xinxiang,53schools of15Provincial cities as the subjects of the provincial-level place,total send600teachers’questionnaires and1000students’questionnaires, interview25principals, and68teachers, the present situation of the implementation of new curriculum reform of Henan province ordinary high school has carried on the detailed investigation and analysis.This study section which is divided into five parts.The first chapter is introduction. Mainly introduces the paper selected topic background, research significance, research contents, research methods, the definition of the core concepts related literature review;The second chapter for the elaboration of Henan province ordinary high school current situation investigation on the implementation of new curriculum reform. Including the implementation of the questionnaire design, questionnaire, data statistics and analysis, interview outline design and the interview result analysis. Through data analysis found that participants in the curriculum reform concept attitude to correct improper or promotion, the implementation of a few classes, cannot satisfy the classroom teaching quality, and the corresponding teachers lack of curriculum reform, and the quality evaluation on students learning, and the new college entrance examination plan need to be examined.The third chapter is the problems existing in the implementation of new curriculum reform in Henan province ordinary high school and the reason analysis.The fourth chapter is countermeasures and Suggestions. In view of the Henan province ordinary high school new curriculum reform, the main problems existing in the process, put forward countermeasures accordingly.The fifth chapter is conclusion.
