On Abutment Of Suzhou Higher Vocational College And Enterprise Sports Culture

Sports culture construction is an important part of the social culture construction.Article tries to find feasible docking level and docking methods through the investigationand analysis on sports culture in8higher vocational colleges, sports culture in8enterprises and status between the two in Suzhou City. College sports culture pattern isconstructed through reference of the construction of Enterprise Sports culture, therefore, tomake the higher vocational college sports culture mode better adapt to the needs ofenterprises, so that graduates can faster into the enterprise, so as to realize the training goalof Higher Vocational colleges.This paper discusses sports culture docking problem of Higher Vocational Collegesand enterprises using literature, questionnaire survey, expert interviews and other researchmethods, relating to butt joint on sports material culture level, enterprises sportsorganization system culture level, sports spirit of the higher vocational colleges andenterprises. Conclusions are following:First, docking of sports culture between higher vocational colleges and enterprises ispossible and necessary. On the one hand, It is good for college student to better adapt tothe requirements of enterprises, on the other hand, It can help enterprises better attracthigher vocational college studentsl.Second, sports culture docking of the higher vocational colleges and enterprises canbe seen in following three aspects: docking on sports material culture level, docking ofsystem in aspect of sports organization culture, the docking of sports spirit culture level.Third, at present higher vocational colleges or enterprises mostly have their ownsports teams and Sports Association (Club) organization. Making full use of regularexchange activities of the sports teams and sports association (Club) to continue to strengthen mutual contact and understanding is a practical feasible way, therefore, shouldarouse much attention and concern.
