With China’s urbanization process is accelerated,the education problem thatmigrant children faced has gotten unprecedented attention.The significance of the moralcharacter of emotional teaching research for migrant children has become morehighlighted. The emotional teaching refers to the teaching that teachers which can havefull consideration of cognitive factors and give full play to the positive role of emotionalfactors at the same time in the teaching process, in order to perfect the teaching targetand enhance teaching effect. Emotional teaching is a kind of teaching method in moralcharacter, is a kind of teaching goal, is a teaching method can make thestudents’cognitive and affective coordination have a coordinated development.Moralcharacter with positive affective emotional teaching teachers, subject content haspositive emotional factors, teaching process has situational quality, curriculumstandards has humanity.Migrant children moral character emotional teaching research is very necessary, itis not only beneficial to the ideological and moral education course reform, but alsomore conducive to guarantee migrant children’ ideological and ethical education regresshumanization and the all-round development of the children of migrant workers. Moralcharacter emotional teaching of the migrant children also has the possibility: First of all,moral character emotional education has a solid theoretical foundation; Secondly, thenew curriculum standards provide legal basis for moral character emotion teaching;Thirdly, the emotional needs of the children of migrant workers provide moral characteremotional teaching power base. Despite many schools have a lot of exploration onemotional teaching, there still exist some problems in current teaching such as theteaching management system, the quality of teachers, students’ learning interest and soon. Although there are some specific issues with the ideological and moral emotionteaching practice, we can solve them by innovating management system of theeducation administrative department,constructing a harmonious relationship betweenteachers and students and improving the basic quality of the moral character of teachersand so on.
