The Research On The Financial Management And Development Of The University Education Foundation

In recent years, due to the constantly exposed scandal of financial foundations and use of capital, community sparks concern for the foundation management.In this paper, I take the University Education Foundation as a research subject and some University Education Foundations in Shanghai as a research sample. Through analysis and exploration of University Education Foundation, try to find negative factors restricting the development, and then put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem.Firstly, this paper begins with introduction of the status and features of the University Education Development Foundation, and analyzes the responsibility and function of it. At the same time, it analyzes the impact of development of the external environmental factors (such as laws, regulations, tax, and culture) and internal environmental factors (such as organizational structure, staffing position, etc.), and analyzes the deficiency in financial management of the University Education Foundation.Secondly, by analyzing financial statements and related data of sample University Education Foundation, I apply the method of financial analysis from three aspects. That is fund-raising, investment and operation. Through analyzing and evaluating the fund-raising capability, investment capability and operational capability, we found that every University Education Foundation is still on uneven levels. And there is still insufficient in fund-raising, investment and operational aspects. Furthermore, try to analyze and explain the reasons for restricting University Education Foundation development in fund-raising capacity, investment capacity and operational capacity.Finally, according to the problems found in the development of University Education Foundation and the financial analysis, try to offer proposals for a settlement, such as Improving the environment to develop University Education Foundation and strengthening its own internal building. However, we should strengthen internal management and establish a sound financial management system. In addition to this, financial analysis and performance management is also a way to improve the capabilities of fund-raising, investment and management of project funds. Moreover, University Education Foundation should strengthen communication, enhance the transparency of the foundation and other measures to continuously improve their management ability and level.
