The development of Vocational Education has been the very important ways forpromoting economic development, accelerating the employment, improving people’slivelihood and solving the issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area and the key linkfor alleviating the contradiction of labor supply and demand structure, which has beenclearly recognized by more and more people in recent years. Education is afundamental task for the coming generation; Teachers are the basic of educationalplan. However the improvement of vocational education quality has been restrictedby the quality of vocational teachers while the scale was being enlarged. Now thereexisting these problems such as disconnection between training and working, highlyfragmented, Separation of mechanism and system, fiercely independent, Low-levelredundant and so on, and which has seriously affected the development of teacherseducation for a long time. Teacher education must be an integrated system includespre-service and post-career and link whole process for pre-service and post-careertraining that has become the inevitable requirement for teacher education.This report longitudinal studied on pre-service, inductive and post-careereducation through documentary research, on-site inspection interview. Alsocross-sectional studied through applicants’ selection, target location, curriculumsetting and education process. Then we can find out serious of problems such as thetraining target is not suitable on pre-service, inductive and post-career, studentselection is unscientifically, the curriculum is not reasonable, Education system is notperfect and so on, also discuss its reason. Then pre-service, inductive and post-careertraining should be fully designed based on the theory of integration of vocationaleducation and according to Life-long education thought as guidance. Meanwhile, theintegration vocational education system must be constructed from these five points:educational theory, teacher education development target, curriculum system, teachereducation regime, teacher education development channel. Which aims to integrate the above there steps together, also abolish abuses of separation and disconnectionbetween two parts. Provide references for improvements of teachers’ vocationaleducation and acceleration of professional development.The integration vocational education system is a forward-looking educationalsystem and the fundamental trend of teachers’ education development though it stepsthe initial stage and has long way to approach.
