With the expand of the scale of higher education and the number of graduatesincrease, the employment problem in private university female students is particularlyprominent. Existing studies suggest that the nature of gender and the school does affect theemployment of college students, but private colleges for employment-related issues butrarely involve female students. This article attempts to have an empirical study on theemployment intentions of private university female students, finding various factors whichaffect it from a quantitative point of analysis.Based on the survey data obtained, first of all, inductive the employmentcharacteristics of private university female students.First of all, the existing relevant theory achievements and research review and comb,for defining the relevant concepts and the research object, to determine the boundary,provide the foundation for the empirical research of this paper.Using the employment intention survey in Jiangxi province232effective samples,adopt the method of statistical analysis, Statistics and analysis, summarized thecharacteristics of the female college students employment intention of private university.Having descriptive statistics on the female students of public and private university, maleand female university students, private university female students, whose personalcharacteristics, human capital, employment expectations, comparing and analyzing thosefactors which infect the employment intentions of private university female students.The basic conclusions of this paper are:(1) Private colleges employment intention offemale college students tend to be stable.(2) Private colleges female college studentsemployment expectations of a variety of contradictions.(3) Private colleges of femalecollege students employment values is still stay on the stage. Based on empirical research,this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
