| Since the beginning of the early1990s, joint school and combination appered incolleges and universities in china, and this phenomenon developed to its climax within10years.including higher vocational education academy merging secondary vocational school soas to upgrade to university. secondary vocational school merging secondary vocational schoolfor promoting to higher vocational education academy. The author’s health school W wasannexed by a college K in2009. the combined college realized resource sharing, andadvantage complementing.the scale of the college was enlarged, the level and benefit ofrunning school was raised.the overall competitiveness of the college was improved. Howevreafter several year’s development some problems were revealed,especially in the field ofcombination of human resource integration and brand specialty building.This thesis expounds the human resource integration and brand-specialtyconstruction after the college merging, analyzes the case of Health School W being merged byCollege K, introduce the background of college merging and the situation of human resourceintegration after the college merging. By means of field investigation, interview and caseanalysis, and with the conditions during human resource integration it finds some mainproblems including the slow in integration, the bad effect of integration ignore the differenceof students. With the combination of theories such as human resource integration, humanresource planning and brand strategy, it analyzes the cause of these problems and whichtheory it breaks, making efforts for correcting the problems. With regarding to the conditionof human resource integration and brand-specialty construction make some pertinencecountermeasures as follows: the communication on thoughts, the establishment of human resource integration institution, the formulation of total planning, the reinforcement ofteaching staff.The innovation of this thesis is to obey the principle of human resources integrationbasing on serving student employment, circuiting student employment and facilitating thelong-term healthy development of the combined colleges. Another innovation of this thesis isthat the human resource integration which are consist of administrative staff, teacher andinstructer will be combined with different kinds of students,and will be reasonably arrangedwith the brand specialty building in different campus. |
