Abstract/Summary:
Human resources are the primary resources, so competition in comprehensivenational strength ultimately depends on the competition of innovative talents.Creativity plays a significant role in competitiveness, in that case, we can think thatno innovation, no progress. With the era of science is coming, and the knowledge ofvarious disciplines continues to expand, we can see that the research model incultivating innovative talents is varying from “alone exploring” to “team working”.In this study, the highest impact factor’ of the published articles, which mainlypublished in national journals,(such as, economics, medicine, biology, chemistry andphysics), are as the basis for determining the ability of researchers. By the randomnumber table, the study randomly selected4186articles as the study sample. Thesearticles mainly come from five subjects’ representative journals, which nearly publishin15years. Through the scientific innovation capability’s comparison between thetwo modes:“alone exploring” and “team working”, the study can conclude that:Firstly, core knowledge growth trends of two modes’ individuals are showinglogistic curve distribution and the innovation ability appears the inverted "U"-shapedcurve distribution. Their growth pattern is quite different. The Individual in theresearch mold of “alone exploring”, their research capacity starts late, their coreknowledge’s growth rate is slowly, their end time to reach the peak of innovation ispostpone, and their academic innovation cycles are more short-lived. While theindividual’s research ability in the mold of “alone exploring”, shows the oppositepattern by contrast with the mold of “team working”.Secondly, in the comparison of the growth pattern on the various disciplines, thethesis reveals that, the individuals of the mold of “alone exploring”, their coreknowledge growth is faster and their innovation capabilities are higher in socialsciences; The Individuals of the mold of “team working”, their growth trajectory arethe same and has no significant difference in Social sciences and natural sciences.Thirdly, in comparison of the growth law of the two research molds on thevarious disciplines, the thesis founds several problems in personnel training, such asthe education teaching methods are stifling, the knowledge base is weak, the domesticDr’s innovation capacity is low, the phenomena cooperation in closed small group isprevailing, the phenomenon about "50-year-old phenomena" is existing, and so on. Lastly, in the basic of molding comparison of the two research modes’ individualgrowth law, and combining with the actual situation of personnel training, the thesisprovides some inspirations for optimizing innovative training mode.
