There is no doubt that the quality-oriented education has gained popular support and the theory has been universally accepted by teachers with the continuous development of the modern society. Yet, a number of English teachers in junior schools still stick to the exam-oriented education form in daily teaching, which does not effectively stimulate students’motivation and initiative in learning and students’ learning enthusiasm is at a low stage and the serious phenomenon of polarization has not been changed. Professor Guo Sile points out that the student is the terminal of the teaching process and the subject of education. Education provides service for students. It is the students’learning that decides the teaching in class.
