The quality of early childhood program is progressively getting many concerns in today’s communities. Evaluations are impacted by different subjects who always mangle their own positions and experiences during the procedure of estimates. This dissertation had chosen the teachers who are the major subjects in early childhood program as research informants. The design of questionnaires and interviews are based on sufficient literature and previous researcher reviews and the Q approach which is mainly used to study the human subjective. Moreover data collection and analysis had been disposed by using SPSS17.0system. Finally, the results show the teachers’perspectives of early childhood program quality in an embedded and individualized way.The dissertation is separated into five parts. The first part illustrates the background, significances, methodology, and methods of the research. It also explains some relevant definitions of the research. Literature reviews are displayed in the second part. The literatures include three aspects:conceptions of the quality of education in nursery institutions, the research on other different subjects related to this research, and positions of Q approach studies. The research orientation is pointed in this part as well. The third part is methodology. It describes the process of designing the questionnaire and interview, choosing the informants, and implementing of the research. The penultimate part is the results. Based on the data analysis, there are two sorts of results. One is the tendency of the whole informant groups’ perceptions about the quality of education in nursery institutions, which is "group perspective". The other is "individual perspective", which depends on different respondents of7categories of teachers. Finally, the fifth part illustrates the discussion and the results.In this part,three features of teachers’ views on early childhood program are analysed and included,which are reflecting stratified demands,respecting and being obedient to the facts and the practices,and influenced by individual experiences and backgrounds. According to these three features, relevant suggestions are proposed in the end of this part.Meanwhile, This part points the defects of the research and further aspects of studies in this field.
