Under the rapid development of information technology, computer technology and network technology, these new technologies work for education some opportunities that bringing a new way of learning and promoting the continuous development of education. In such a network spread era, from E-Learning to Blended learning and from face to face collaborative learning to computer-supported collaborative learning, Individual learning styles also will be changed to adapt to the new environment of learning. The deological in blended learning is about mixing traditional classroom learning and online learning’s own advantages. Blended learning has been widely used to education because of it. Blended Collaborative Learning is a new hybrid type of collaborative learning that inspired by blended learning. It is fusing face-to-face learning and computer-supported collaborative learning through the thinking of blended learning. Blended collaborative learning focused on both teacher-led and student-centered, focusing on the complementary of traditional teaching environment and network learning environment, also emphasizing on effective use of learning communities and multiple learning elements. Promoting learning performance optimized is its ultimate goal. The main content of this paper is to study proposed in against this background. How to design the activities in blended collaborative learning are the focus and key of this study.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part mainly discusses the research background, related content of Blended collaborative learning research status, the purpose and meaning as well as the contents and methods of the study. In this paper, the literature, experimental studies, investigation, interviews and other research methods have been used to studying how to design the scientifically valid learning activities based on BCL.The second part mainly discusses that defining the concept of learning activities based on BCL well as Blended collaborative learning advantages and characteristics. Through studying the relevant literature of Blended collaborative learning, defining the concept of blended collaborative learning and learning activities. Clearly blended collaborative learning’s elements are learning, teachers, active tasks, rules, organization, results, appraisal, and environment. Fully consider and take advantage of the traditional classroom environment and network-learning environment is the key to design good learning activities.The third part mainly discusses the theoretical theory basis of BCL. Activity Theory, instructional design theory that learning activities centered, constructivist-learning theory, motivation theory and group dynamics are the theoretical theory basis of BCL. This paper expounds the main contents of each theory and impacts blended collaborative learning activities designing.The fourth part mainly discusses the design of BCL-based learning activities. Design learning activities need to include active tasks, active processes, active rules and active evaluation. Arounding these four aspects and following certain design principles, based on existing design framework, blended learning models, collaborative learning mode and hybrid collaborative learning model, finally summarizing a learning activities of BCL-based design framework and making a detailed explanation for each content of design framework.The fifth part discusses implementation of learning activities based on BCL. According to the framework, making a detail design for the collaborative learning activities and carrying out in the course named "Multimedia Technology". This design scheme is order to verify framework’s applicability and effectiveness. Depending on the inspection of implementation effect, the results show that the framework of learning activity’s design, which takes BCL as the basement, has definite viability and validity. The development of blended collaborative learning is good for the improvement on learners’learning motivation and learning abilities in the general. This type of learning method is suitable for popularization in the teaching and studying process.The sixth part discusses the study concluded and the existence of deficiencies. The results and deficiencies of the thesis are summarized, providing a theoretical and practical foundation for the future study.
