Learning transfer theory experience developing for a long time in educatio n psychology. In conscious learning transfer theory in chemistry teaching can i mprove students’ cognitive structure, improve the ability of problem solving. Es pecially in the chemistry competition the extracurricular activities, especially pa y attention to the students’ ability to solve the problem, more need to improve the students’ ability of learning transfer. Material structure is chemical account s for a large proportion in the competition, and compared with other content, a nd the current middle school chemistry content disconnect is larger. This piece of content to students of chemistry competition is difficult, chemical knowledg e about university fully skilled master is difficult. To meet a new problem sit uation, students need to contact migrating existing knowledge reserves and prin ciple method to solve the problem. Therefore, how to effective learning materia1structure by using the theory of learning transfer content, improve teaching st rategy and improve the students’ ability of learning transfer is to ponder and e xplore the issues.In this paper, based on the theory of learning transfer, by using the.theor y of learning transfer material chemistry competition structure of the constructi on of the reasonable teaching content.In the paper with the current version of su chemical composition of mater ial structure of knowledge as the foundation, analysis of2003-2012national hi gh school students’ knowledge of chemistry contest preliminaries test material s tructure analysis and statistics, from the examination score of knowledge, know ledge scope, knowledge level, capability analysis of four dimensions were studi ed. For the second part provides the basis of teaching design in practical appli cation and laid a solid foundation. The second part is the practical application. First using the investigation and interview method, understand the high school stage of learning transfer theory, the application of the teaching material struc rure. Then in the application of the theory of learning transfer, import, organiz er strategy, by establishing more topic group of analogy, variable type teaching, training sample, to the molecular structure and crystal structure of two pieces of content for teaching design and practice research. And from the migration task and the relationship between the training mission to investigate the migrati on process. After the two pieces of teaching content, has the corresponding tes t respectively, namely the migration task, to test the effect. Through the analys is of testing results, the teaching of the material structure should pay attention to avoid negative transfer phenomenon. Finally, draw the conclusion:the author thinks that the theory of learning transfer learning helps the material structure and promoting role.
