Study On Enforcement Capacity Of The Tennis Specialized Student

The rapid development of tennis sport and the more frequency of tennis tournamentevents require the referees are qualified with higher and up-to-date comprehensivequalities. In order to improve the tennis sport competition skills and put forwarding to abetter and more positive condition and with the purpose of study the factors whichinfluents the tennis referee’s enforcement capacity comprehensively precisely andobjectively in the sport education college, therefore, it becomes an urgent task thatenhance the cultivation and management of referee team in the sport education college bya training method proposed by conduct a research aimed at the tennis referee’senforcement capacity conditions.In this dissertation, we assessed tennis specialized students who studied in BeijingSport University, Capital Institute of Physical Education, Shanghai Institute of PhysicalEducation, Wuhan Institute of Physical Education, Guangzhou Sport University,Chengdu Kinesiology University, Tianjin Institute of Physical Education, Xi’an PhysicalEducation Institute by questionnaire, field study, mathematical statistics focus on theinfluences and training method for their enforcement capacity, and draw a conclusion asfollows:1、The tennis specialized student in the sport college has a limited term to studytennis and only a short time to be a referee and a slim opportunity to combine theory andpractice.2、The tennis specialized student in the sport college isn’t so familiar with the tennisrules and regulations, they don’t have enough referee and competition experiences andalso lack of tennis skills and tactic strategy3、The tennis specialized student in the sport college suffers great psychologicalpressure both before and during the tennis match, the capacity of resisting disturbance isweakened and the tacit agreement between the referee and linesman is poor on the spot.4、Their enforcement capacity is influenced by some external factors such as thelevel of competition area, the number of rounds, the duration of a round, the player’sskills and tactic strategy and the intensity of a match. 5、The referee training approach should be improved, the evaluation mechanismshould be executed strictly, and the job on that how a tennis specialized student to betrained as a qualified referee should be enhanced by the school leaders.We can make the following suggestions based on the aforementioned:1、The tennis specialized student should enhance the training of theoreticalknowledge and practice more on the tournament field.2、The tennis specialized student in the sport college should read more books aboutreferee and master the referee rules and regulations, improve their own level of tennisskills and tactic strategy and increase their own match and referee experiences by takepart in an amateur tennis match and be a referee.3、The tennis specialized student in the college should be trained specially on theirpsychological quality4、Before the tournament, tennis specialized student should make full mentalpreparations to be a referee.5、The school leaders should pay more attention to the job on that how the tennisspecialized student to be a referee.
