The current junior middle school plane geometry curriculum in our country, before the new curriculum reform in2001, it is as a independent discipline, which is completely separated from the algebra teaching, and some schools even separated by two teachers to teach. National ministry of education promulgated since2000, people’s education press in2001published the first edition of\"the full-time compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard (experiment draft)\"(hereinafter referred to as-the new course standard (experiment), the plane geometry and algebra, combined into a textbook, separate by a teacher to teach, part of the new course standard (experiment) in plane geometry did a lot of reducing the difficulty of the proof of geometry demand began to decrease. This reform caused great controversy, educators also instantly became a popular issues concerned by the people from all walks of life. After ten years of education teaching practice, in July2011, the people’s education press and published by the national ministry of education promulgated again modified\"full-time compulsory education junior middle school mathematics curriculum standard (revised edition)\"(hereinafter referred to as-the new standard (revised), the requirements of part in plane geometry modified again, which remains the ruche idea incorporated in the algebraic geometry, and on the specific knowledge require modified, is adjusted in content. Since so many of the content of the curriculum reform of plane geometry has been repairing, it must be a reason for that. Therefore, the author thinks that the changes in plane geometry curriculum reform in-depth comparative study and analysis are necessary.This article mainly from the development of The Times to achieve the objectives of the curriculum standard of plane geometry, analysis the status of plane geometry and its existence value. On the basis of discussing the meaning of plane geometry, it can not only cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability, innovation consciousness, complete logical thinking ability, and it also provided a basis for high school learning solid geometry, for later geometry problems in the real life (such as design, construction, etc.) ready to solve the problem.In order to be more clear understanding of the many times the change of the content of curriculum reform of plane geometry, the author first from between the mathematics teaching syllabus and curriculum comparison and study, further comparison teaching material between the main comparative study object is the1994edition of the old teaching material with the2012edition of the new textbook. And then the author through five years of experience in teaching practice, from the Angle of classroom teaching, to talk about how teachers in the teaching practice of plane geometry curriculum requirements, how to change the former teaching way and method of implementation of new teaching mode. And then switch to the Angle of students learning; mainly talk about the students in the learning process of plane geometry logical thinking ability, and whether the independent innovation ability can achieve.
