Research About Male Outflow Impact On The Status Of Women In Contemporary Zhuang Village

As the "half sky" of relationship,the status of womenhas already becomes one mark of the degree of civilization in the society.Since the past20years a large number of male labor force in the Zhuang rural, The role and status of women has great changed Unprecedented.Changes in the status of women has been a problem with much study circles attention.In this study, I take the form of qualitative research.Study the changes in status of women from the perspective of the male labor force outflow.The main purpose is to reflect the changes in social status of women from a male perspective.Abundant researchin this area and Provide some valuable experience for the future development of women.The core topic of this paper is to investigate the changes of the Zhuang women’s social status. In order to study this problem, the author take ShangMao Cun Rong Hua Baise Debao County township as an example, uses the literature research and field research, make two targeted surveys in ShangMao Village. In the research process, the author mainly uses questionnaire survey method, interview method to collect the materials; When writing papers, by study the situation of changing social status of women,analysis the impact on women of male labor migration. Zhuang gradually raise the social status of women has increased by nature, alternative and instability three characteristics.Changes in the status of women already been studied in depth.Different is, we take the Zhuang women as the object of study, with ShangMao village in DeBao County in BaiSe city in Guangxi province as sample sites, Focus on the male perspective,discussed the social impact of labor migration in management,production patterns,householddecision-making have on the Status of Women. Points out that the difficulties facing them:The contradiction between the increase and the social status of women in their own comprehensive quality is not stable. Coping strategies including macro,Perfect the legislation of National People’s Congress, refine the sex of the party and the government policy.Household level,spread of advanced gender culture in the countryside.women’s organizations play a good role in the mediation of family disputes.On the micro,To further improvetheir quality of women.Help individuals build awarenessa gainst gender discrimination.
