To implement the "national medium and long-term education reform and developmentproject summary (2010-2020)",promote innovative teaching methods in higher education,promote universal quality education resources popularization and sharing, our nationalexquisite open course construction project started in2011for the first time. Exquisite opencourse include exquisite video open course and exquisite resource sharing course, are keyconstruction projects in the ministry of Education launched a new round of quality projects,the purpose of the exquisite open course to enhance the quality of education level, to promotethe open and sharing of quality education resources, to make up for the imbalance distributionof educational resources. However, due to the varying quality of the course,the network is not shared efforts and institutional constraints and other reasons,lead to ashared quality of exquisite open course is not satisfactory.
