All plans, education first; Education plans, teacher first. Therefore,the studyon education problems should give special attention to question on the teachers. Andfor a younger researcher, should begin research from a specific direction from a verywide range of teachers’ research. Considering the actual situation, choose theperspective of teacher evaluation and development as the thesis. In this paper,we putour attention on new teacher this particular stage, Focus on their evaluation anddevelopment,trying to show these problems accurately in this area,and put forwardcorresponding countermeasures and solutions. A good beginning is half done, basedon this understanding, we have a conclusion that the study on the new teacherevaluation and development is significant for all teachers.Follow above ideas, this thesis can be divided into four parts. Part One: Thispart mainly contains two levels. In the first level, mainly discusses some key words:new teacher, teacher professional development and evaluation on the new teacher. Insecond level, the paper emphasis the importance of evaluation new teacherevaluation. Part Two: This part, in the help of new teachers’ questionnaire andinterview with some typical of them, trying to reveal that some problems in thecurrent new teacher evaluation, such as improper positioning to new teacher, singleevaluation method and lacking of support resources, and so on. Part Three: The thirdpart is a reflection to the problems on the second part, and hopes that by this kind ofreflection, through the further analysis of the questionnaire and with the help ofliterature materials, the paper can dig the deep reason of the problems existing in thenew teacher evaluation, such as the wrong evaluation concept, history effect andsuperior dominant evaluation mechanism, etc. Part Four: The fourth part aim at theproblems existing in the new teacher evaluation, refer to the reasons of thoseproblems, and put forward Suggestions. What the research find that the medicine tothose problems is the idea of evaluation of life. According to evaluation of life, thepaper also suggest we should understand the practical need of new teachers,reestablish scientific evaluation content, choose scientific evaluation methods andcreate a supportive environment to ensure the new teacher evaluation.
