But the statistical comparison, has a significant positive effect to improve theteaching method of multimedia environment on mental health of students and teaching,there is no significant difference between the level of students’ mental health and theNational Youth test norm. But the traditional teaching methods in the "two indicators ofdepression" and "anxiety" raise significant effect, and there is no significant differencebetween the two indicators with the National Youth norm, very significant differencesstill exist between the "two indicators of forced" and "nervous" with the National Youthnorm physical education; Gymnastics Professional Art Teaching under multimediaenvironment, the ability to adapt to the positive role of two kinds of teaching methods to improve student society.
