Lingshui li autonomous county, is a mainly li people’s ethnic minorities and hannationality autonomous county. Study of Chinese teaching, the national minority communityin promoting the development of national education, improve the teaching quality of nation,has the profound social significance.This paper based on the realistic background of basic education, lingshui li autonomouscounty of the region’s primary and secondary schools the status quo of Chinese study. Thisarticle mainly through questionnaire, test analysis, observation interview method toinvestigate language education reality of lingshui li autonomous county, to understand thecurrent problems of Chinese education, in view of the actual situation to analyze the cause ofthe poor quality of Chinese teaching in the region, and puts forward some improvementSuggestions for the Chinese education teaching county.This thesis is divided into four parts, the main study contents and conclusions are asfollows:Summary of the first part: introduce the cause of the selected topic significance,theoretical basis and research methods.The second part: the lingshui li autonomous county urban and rural teachers’ currentsituation of Chinese teaching, students learning the language of the basic conditions and theparents attitude toward children learn language? The author respectively for teachers,students and parents designed the questionnaire, and tested the Chinese pinyin for elementaryschool. Teacher questionnaire summary content: first, the language teacher’s basic situationand the school teaching facilities; Second, the teacher’s teaching language; Three Chineseteaching, teachers of the county’s opinions and Suggestions. Undertake to the student survey,the author designed a questionnaire, and borrowed from the previous design of pinyin test.Questionnaire primary coil and secondary coil, its contents include roughly: one, the attitudetowards language learning; Second, the teacher basic situation of Chinese teaching; Third,teachers teaching evaluation; Four, self learning assessment; Five, the students Chineseteacher of his eyes. Pinyin test mainly for primary school students phonetic knowledge in test, find out students’ syllable fallibility, in pinyin teaching to provide the reference for teachersin the future. Parent questionnaire main contents include: basic information, parents; Second,the attitude towards children learn the language. Statistical analysis of data through aquestionnaire survey and the analysis of test questions, to find the Chinese education countysome shortages existing in the teaching process.The third part: analysis of the influencing factors of primary and middle school Chineseteaching lingshui li autonomous county, with the influence of the environment, quality ofprimary school Chinese phonetic teaching quality is low, and the imbalance of the urban andrural education development.The fourth part: in view of the influence of the development of Chinese educationteaching problems, combined with the actual teaching situation of the county, puts forwardsome corresponding countermeasures.
