With the development of times and science, the mathematics teachers have to meet the demands of education reforming. Now people pay more attention to the ideas that the math teachers hold.what’s idea that the mathematics teachers have has become the important topic for the mathematics teachers to study. As everyone knows, the idea decides thought, thought the decision behavior.The educational idea that the middle school math teachers hold plays an important part in all the qualities of all the middle school teachers, and The educational idea that the middle school math teachers hold has great effect on the success or failure of the new curriculum reform in high school.Mathematics teachers work as "mathematics curriculum standard" the final executor. In order to adapt to the balanced development of education and raise the level of teaching in Helong city,I think it is necessary for us to investigate and analysis the middle school mathematics teachers’educational view in Helong city.This research by investigating and analyzing middle-school math education shows the different situation Mathematics teachers of different nationalities, ages, sex. education background and profession. Besides, The research give some suggestions to change the middle school teachers of mathematics educational idea in Helong city and show the reflection to the progress for teachers to educate. meanwhile, it will provide some reference for the math new curriculum reform in middle school of Helong city.This research is based on the "Questionnaire" that some researcher have made and "Questionnaire for the math teachers’education view in middle school ". This research take all the math teacher in middle school in Helong city as the research object. The research from the view for math education, teaching view and learning view three dimensions shows that there are no difference in different sex, different nationalities and different education degree in the idea of math education ideas. The math teacher "s teaching leaves is no difference in urban or in countryside and it is no difference in whether the teacher’s age or teacher’s teaching age. The difference of teaching ideas in all maths teacher in Helong is mainly from the grade differences, and profession differences between professional and non professional mathematics.At the same time, the statistical results also find that each item average date is low.According to the result of study, The middle school mathematics teachers in Helong hold "Instrumentalism" mathematics education view and the "Teacher is the center" mathematics education view. The math teacher in middle school of Helong city should hold "base on students and development for students " the new curriculum idea in the progress in future. what’s more, mathematics teachers should learn advanced teaching idea and spirit, and try to improve the mathematics literacy of teachers. As math teachers, we should go on improving their own self-cultivation, and contribute to the Helong city the development of mathematics education. Moreover, departments of education and also to create favorable conditions, and promote the transformation of mathematics teacher’s education ideas.
