Enterprise social work originated in the late nineteenth Centuryearly twentieth Century American, it requires social workers use socialwork theory and professional practices, effective integration of resourcesto help employees deal with life and psychological problems. China at theend of twentieth Century began to introduce the social work idea, atpresent in the coastal economically developed areas in the enterprise hasmade great progress. I district enterprise culture enterprise because hasbrought many problems, the transformation to enterprises and employees,including employees, especially between the original on the payroll, thecompany does not meet the psychological mechanism of system drop,and managers of tension and so on, need to introduce social work theoryand techniques. But the factors of funds, management concept limits, andthe effective social work practice in almost no, guiding theory of scholarsin the field of the relative lack of. Therefore, the author has conductedtwo months of practice in Inner Mongolia network group, through thepractice, the author found that, in the transformation of culturalenterprises in our district, although there are some obstacles in carryingout social work, but because this technique effectively is helpful forenterprise management, therefore also has certain feasibility.This thesis consists of an introduction and three chapters; theintroduction part first introduces the basic concept of enterprise socialwork, common interventional methods and theoretical background. Thefirst chapter is the case analysis of social work practice, through aquestionnaire survey to the enterprise in the original series of employee needs and then launched a group activity, summary and reflection andafter the event. The second chapter through the analysis of the status ofthe transformation of cultural enterprises in our region, the difficulty tostudy elaborates the intervention of social worker transformed culturalenterprises in our region and the intervention of social worker enterprisecontent management. Social work in the weak solution, emotionmanagement, effective empowerment and promote the staff’s workingenvironment change, has certain help function to the enterprisemanagement, but because of the existence of social philosophy, socialworkers receive low values and enterprise, social workers timeperformance difficult to manage, government and professional talent lackthese difficulties make social work is very difficult to have a rapiddevelopment in a short period of time. In the last section of the article theauthor for enterprise social work intervention transformed culturalenterprises in our region of the future prospects: Despite the manyobstacles to the development of social work transformed culturalenterprises in our region, but it is for the enterprise management hascertain practical significance and have certain development prospect.
