Composition teaching language teaching activities as an important part of a comprehensive test students’language literacy scale, has a veryimportant position and role in the whole language teaching activities. In recent years, under the background of new curriculum standards, individualized teaching writing teaching writing has become a new concept of development,"high school new curriculum standards" clearly emphasized that teachers should reduce the shackles of student writing, to provide students with a more Writing for the relaxed environment and the broader writing space. However, in the current teaching of writing, due to the impact of the traditional examination system, the concept of social utilitarianism, leading to a number of language teachers in the process of teaching writing ignored the student’s body position and personality differences, there is no emphasis on students’innovation and creativity, so that students caught in the traditional mode of teaching writing, bound their personality development.On the basis of the existing personalized teaching writing theoretical research on the combination of relevant pedagogical content knowledge and the second high school in Yanbian (hereinafter referred to as "Yanbian II") internship experience, both in theory and practice, How high school language teachers for effective teaching of writing personalized analyzed and discussed. The thesis is divided into four chapters, as follows:Chapter1:Introduction section, including questions of purpose and meaning personalized composition teaching, research status at home and abroad personalized teaching writing, research ideas and methods described herein.Chapter2:The main characteristics from both the content and composition teaching expounded the theory of personality.Chapter3:The main analysis of the current status of Yanbian Second Language Writing. First pointed out the characteristics of Yanbian II teaching writing, writing that the combination of inside and outside class, diverse training methods; organize literary societies, the founder of the school magazine; essay topics to life, rich and varied. Then from teaching philosophy, teaching and evaluation system analyzes three aspects of the main problems in the current teaching of writing, and analysis of the causes.Chapter4:the focus of this paper is mainly proposed to improve the quality of teaching writing personalized advice from the author to develop individualized student essay content, students personalized writing quality, democracy and freedom to create a personalized atmosphere of this writing teaching three aspects were discussed.In short, by studying this subject, hoping to evoke the importance of high school language teachers teaching writing personalized knowledge, and better implement the requirements of the language proposed by the New Curriculum for teaching writing, to promote the further development of personalized high school language teaching writing.
