| The greatest characteristic of music is arousing and expressing emotion, music also plays a role in developing and building personality, students can relieve their pressure in personal and study life by mastering the character of music and requiring the knowledge of selecting music type beneficial for self emotional regulation. Music therapy can be a good interpretation of this process,which includes not only the scientific system of the treatment process,but also include the use of all forms of music activities as a means of psychological counseling.This research is helpful for promoting senior school students mental health.This paper discusses the influence of different music tempo and music type on senior school students emotion. This research take108Han and Mongolian nationality students as experiment subjects, each nationality54participants, the students are randomly chosen from all grades of different schools,18participants for each grade of each school. Mongolian School is Inner Mongolian Tianyi town high school in Chifeng City and Han School is Tianyi No.1school of Ning County in Chifeng City.The experiment requires participants to listen to6different kinds of music. Factor’A’stands for different music type while factor’B’stands for different music tempo, the experiment includes rock music at slow tempo, rock music at fast tempo, classical music at slow tempo, classical music at fast tempo, popular music at slow tempo and popular music at fast tempo. Scale experiments are:PAN AS Positive and Negative Affect Scale.The results showed that:The main effect of music tempo on emotions of Han students is very remarkable while the main effect of music type on emotion of Han students not. The participants tend to show positive emotions when listening to music at fast tempo, and negative emotions when listening to music at slow tempo.According to the positive emotions scale of Han students the factor ’B’ effect obviously on subject, the factor ’A’ is not.According to the negative emotions scale of Han students the factor ’B’ effect obviously on subject, and obvious interaction exists in factors ’A’ and ’B’.The influence of both music tempo and type on emotions of Mongolian students is remarkable. According to the positive emotions scale of Mongolian students the factor ’A’ effect exceedingly obvious on subject, while the factor ’B’ effect obviously on subject, according to the negative emotions scale of Mongolian students the factors ’A’ and ’B’ both effect obviously on subject, and obvious interaction exists in factors ’A’ and ’B’.This research shows summation and advices on students adjusting emotions through music by studying the influence of two common factors of music on emotions of Mongolian and Han students. Humanistic attention atmosphere of remote area minority nationalities senior school education is constructed by this study. This paper also advances and perfects the development of music treatment in China, and is of value to promote mental health of Mongolian and Han senior school students. |
