Research On Higher Vocational Students’ Academic Career Planning

The research on the students’ academic career planning in our country started laterthan that in other countries. In other words, in China, the activities in students’ academiccareer planning are still at the initial stage recently, especially for those higher vocationalstudents, which is almost blank. In this case study, I used the comprehensive researchmethod to get the result, and you can discover the details in the following. Firstly, sortingout all the material and analyzing the currently situation in academic career planningbetween domestic and foreign countries students, as well as the developing trend. Thus, thevalue and the significance of this research could be known. Secondly, in order to obtain thestudents’ academic career planning in Suzhou Higher Vocational School, I handed outquestionnaires, and then, analyzing the students’ activities and development processaccording to the questionnaires. Thirdly, after the researching common cases, I chose onetypical case to analyze, in order to get specific result. Finally, I analyzed the content,management method and evaluation method of the students’ academic career planning inSuzhou Higher Vocational School base on the above study; in addition, I would like tocarry the research result into the real activities to build up better academic career plans forthe students of Suzhou Higher Vocational School.
