Study On The Logistic Socialization Managerial Mode Of University Z

Since reform and opening up, China’s economy has been developing with a highspeed for more than30years. Meanwhile, China’s higher education was alsopromoted to develop unprecedentedly, especially after years of enrollment expansionof colleges and universities，the scale of China’s higher education has already reachedtop NO.1around the world. However, comparing with high speed of highereducation’s development, the development of the logistics of colleges and universitiesis relatively backward, therefore, the development of the logistics of colleges anduniversities has bottlenecked for the increasing scale of higher education. In1991,there was a meeting on which the socialization reform of the logistics of colleges anduniversities was discussed and then worked. Since then, we’ve scored someremarkable achievements, meanwhile, the logistics of colleges and universities underthe foregoing planned economy was replaced by the modern socializationadministrative mode of the logistics of colleges and universities. All theseachievements made a great contribution to the development of China’s highereducation. However, it still takes a long time to build a scientific and reasonablelogistic service system in colleges and universities. A lot of problems and difficultieswill come up especially at a certain stage of reform. We need some theoretic andexperiencing guidances and should explore and research to learn menagerialexperiences of from other advanced countries, and build our own logisticsocialization managerial mode which fits the facts of our country and colleges anduniversities.The thesis focused on the research of the process of the logistic socializationreform of University Z, analyzed and summed up the historical development of thesocialization reform of domestic colleges and universities and some managerialexperiences of logisticSocialization of foreign colleges and universities,through the in-depths researchon the history and status of the reform and the difficulties in the reform, the logistic socialization managerial mode of University Z was built. In the end of the thesis,some developing measures were provided to combine the government, society andcolleges and universities to work together in the logistic socialization reform ofcolleges and universities.
