Study On Logistic Socialization Reforms In Colleges And Universities Of Yuelu District

Based on the theories about public administration and the analysis of socialization of rear service in domestic and oversea colleges/universities, this paper summarizes the development rules of socialization of rear service in universities and college in the country , and forecasts its future trend. It also makes a systematic analysis of the current situation in Yuelu District and lists all the related factors effecting on it.This paper suggests that the rear service in colleges and universities should be treated as a complex open huge system in the strategic altitude. And it presents that the socialization of rear service in college and universities should take the actuality into account such as the characteristic of the transition period from planned economy to market economy and the difference among every college, improve the occasion, adjust measures to different colleges conditions, and then set up a new type rear service system with local color. And then the paper also puts forward to introduce the administrant system of modern enterprise into the socialization in order to realize the innovation. At the same time, the paper brings forward some policy proposals about the socialization of rear service in college and universities in Yuelu District in order to promote the reformation of rear service socialization in college and universities in Yuelu District more deepen.
