2012, the new amendment of "labor contract law" has passed in December, one of many problems of labor dispatching industry has made a regulation, and the equal-pay rights of the dispatched laborer’s also confirmed through legislation. But there is no denying we should face the fact that only from one or two law revision cannot fundamentally solve the long-standing "to get different pay" phenomenon. Existing concept of equal pay for equal work is not clear that system is not sound, the abuse of state-owned enterprise of labor dispatch and the salary secrecy cause to get different pay is hard to prove in legislation and policy to solve such problems are pressing aspect, this article also tries to labor dispatching industry at present, to get different pay phenomenon existence reason, find out the solution with the path. |
