The Risk Research Of New Campus Construction Project

PE College built project use the self-management mode, i.e. the school set up a department that is in charge of the campus construction, and hire supervision company to supervise project construction; the school, builder and supervisor of the tripartite cooperation building model is a kind of traditional, widely used in infrastructure construction in colleges and universities. This paper, combined with my work practice, taking risk theory as the core, explores the main risks in the process of PE college infrastructure construction in self-management mode.The paper, on the basis of the theory of project risk management, on the basis of working practice and experience,combined with PE college new campus construction project, identifies the existence of15risk, then, according to the order of the project life cycle, analyzes the consequences of each risk, the likelihood of occurrence; calculates the severity of each risk. Furthermore, according to the severity ranking, it is concluded the top five risks, they are:financing risk, system risk, the bidding risk, material price changing risk and risk of construction. On this basis, the five kinds of risk were carried on the further analysis, and it is found that most of the risks are due to PE college capital construction management mode. Finally, on account of the above analysis, from a comprehensive perspective on the risk prevention, control and processing, five kinds of risk coping strategies were formulated. In the end, it made a conclusion and the new construction management mode as a replacement for the traditional mode was expected.
