Abstract/Summary:
The21st Century is the information society, is the explosion of knowledgesociety, meet the educational needs of society is the inevitable result of informatizationof education. Informationized education includes not only in classroom education, alsoincludes education outside of the classroom, how will the education in classroom andoutside the classroom, forming a favorable support for learning, is an important issuein the current information technology education. However, the development of mobiletechnology provides a good opportunity for Extracurricular Autonomous Learning forlearners.According to the "Compulsory Education Chemistry Curriculum Standard (PEP)"requirements, primary and secondary education is no longer a simple transfer ofknowledge, but to cultivate learners’ ability and quality, especially the cultivation oflearners’ ability of exploration and innovation ability. Curriculum learning objectiveswill be divided into knowledge and skill, process and method, emotion and attitude ofthree levels, of which the most important is the realization of the process and themethod of learning objectives, it needs to improve the learning in the learning process’independent learning ability, practical ability and the ability to explore the trainingpractice.Using the HTML5cross platform compatibility and strong compatibility andother advantages, the analysis and Research on the current situation, through all kindsof network learning platform related technologies and theoretical basis, according tohigh school chemistry curriculum standards, the multiple intelligence theory, flowtheory and audiovisual communication under the guidance of the theory, using HTML5markup language, to middle school chemistry "oxygen" as an example of design anddevelopment of junior high school chemistry network learning platform. The learningplatform mainly includes course introduction, online learning, evaluation feedback module. Through this platform, students can support the use of HTML5all kinds ofequipment to complete the course of study, practice, and evaluation and feedback, inorder to assist teaching objective. In addition, through the study of this subject, hopethat when used the HTML5cross platform network learning platform to providecertain reference and help.
