The relationship between students and teachers is the core of education practicetopic, also is a hot topic in the research of education theory. The purpose of this thesis isto find ways to construct the good relationship between teachers and students by thestudy of the characteristics of the middle school history teaching methods and Throughthe analysis of the characteristics of middle school students’ physical and mentaldevelopment and cognitive to illustrate the scientific method of building a harmoniousrelationship between teachers and students, this for middle school students’ physical andmental health development and future professional development plays an important role,to correctly understand the connotation of the relationship between teachers andstudents as well as the history teacher role also has the very vital significance.This study in high school history teacher, on the basis of interview, through theanalysis of text to examine the relationship between teachers and students. the historyand present situation, through the analysis of the binary interaction of teachers andstudents of high school students to build a harmonious relationship between teachersand students should be based on the middle school students, to be carried out underteacher’s leading, treat different students in different ways, the history teachers shouldfully exert their own advantages in history class, start from ourselves, and to optimizethe design of the classroom, using emotional drive students, stimulate students studyenthusiasm, create a relaxed classroom atmosphere, with rich and sound languageappropriate body language to attract students, and to achieve the goal of middle schoolhistory teaching in order to achieve the purpose of building a good relationship betweenteachers and students. This article attempts from the Angle of the natural person toanalyze the relationship between teachers and students, teachers and students from bothsocial needs to examine the nature of the relationship between teachers and students,analysis with the method of the communication between teachers and students ofinformation transfer and influence each other, and the relationship between teachers andstudents is proposed on the basis of the strategy, the research significance is a rich studythe relationship between teachers and students, the second is for the history educationworkers give full play to the education function of history discipline, and provide agood development space for middle school students to do some beneficial reference.
