Study On The Application Of Microblog As A Carrier In The Ideological And Political Education

Ideological and political education is a major way to help the college students have the correct view on the world, life, value and morality. Nowadays, with the rapid development of Internet, the new network technologies and applications continue to spring up, which is a rare opportunity with big challenges for the ideological and political education. Ideological and political education of college students should have a clear characteristics of the times, therefore, under the constantly changing international or domestic situation, not only should the theoretical teaching be valued, but the practice covering all the aspects of the students’life should be strengthened, In this way, the theory could be applied into the practice effectively. So it is necessary to pay more attention to the improvement and innovation on the contents, forms, ways of ideological and political education of college students.Recently microblog is very popular, which is a new tool for the college students to express their feelings or to exchange their emotions. And it is also a effective way of the combination of theory and practice of the ideological and political education of college students. The educators should have a positive attitude towards the microblog and put it into practice, making a new carrier for the education.On the basis of the introduction of the basic information of microblog, this paper will analyze the positive effects and the negative influences of microblog-using to the college students’thoughts and actions; illustrate the advantages taking microblog as the carrier of ideological and political education of college students; and explore the measures how to make it better by microblog from the renewing concepts, the upgrade quality of educators and the implement of the detailed practice.
