Chinese Wushu has a long history, martial arts is an important part of Chinese traditional culture is one of the main contents of the Chinese national sports. Wushu has a long history of the development process and the formation of rich content, profound social value widely, strong culture of Chinese sports culture, has a close relationship with many aspects of China’s traditional culture, is an important part of Chinese traditional culture.Since the founding of new China, the martial arts as a part of traditional nationality, has received the party and national attention. The Ministry of education to students Wushu learning made some provisions, school physical education courses to link teaching of modern sports teaching and national sports, the martial arts class in junior high school physical education curriculum. With the continuous development of western sports, the traditional culture of our country constantly depressed, its status has been reduced. Superposition problems resulted in the school martial arts teaching retardation. The reason of teaching system, teacher strength, first-class hardware facilities and teaching ideas of all kinds, teaching are not able to successfully implement the provisions of Wushu curriculum syllabus, not obtain the ideal teaching effect.
