The new curriculum advocates the philosophy "student-centered, teacher-led" in education, While the game teaching can fully reflect students’ subjectivity in teaching, let students participate in practical activities and return to the classroom, And the kind of teaching method stresses the factors and importance of emotion in teaching, promotes students’ individuality development. What’s more, that the game will be applied in middle school biology teaching practice can create a Relaxed atmosphere, Change students’ passive state to accept knowledge, encourage students to learn knowledge consciously,actively, and train their skills, sublimate the emotion, cultivate the sense of innovation, develop and improve their learning autonomy, initiative and creativity.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part gives a brief introduction to this topic research background, research methods and research significance, and provides an overview of the research status at home and abroad; The second part of the game, the game teaching, biological game teaching, game teaching and the development of students’ subjectivity in the relationship between these concepts were described in detail; The third part of the author’s own practical experience in senior high school biology teaching system expounds the characteristics, principle of the implementation of the game, several kinds of main types and teaching cases and strategies; The fourth part was conducted over a period of three months teaching experiment research of the game teaching, through the experiment to explore whether games can improve students’ interest of learning biology, promote development of the status of students, improve teaching quality; In the fifth part, based on the theoretical and practical research, we analyze and find out the insufficient aspects of the high school biology game teaching, and gives some constructive suggestions.Through this research, I hope to provide some theory and practice material to the game teaching, design and analysis some teaching examples for teachers to reference, practice, and prepare for my own future career in education.
