With the development of our society, education plays a increasingly obviousrole in society,and it has become a basic part of our life. Each stage of educationneeds to attach great importance.When China’s higher education develops, we needto give emphasis on the development of its inadequacies. The quality of educationneeds to be further improved in our colleges and universities, and teachers’education has a great role in the improvement of teaching. The overall strength ofthe ability of university teaching has played a significant impact. Therefore, it isessential that our colleges and universities take certain incentives for universityteachers’ teaching.One of higher education reforms is to improve the teachingincentive model, and we should start from the specific situations of China’suniversities and understand the teaching situations of colleges and universities, thuswe can make a scientific and efficient teaching incentive model.Therefore, it isnecessary to research the incentive model of university teachers’ conduct andestablish effective incentive model of teaching.At the same time, teachers play anpotential role, and improve the overall standard of teaching.In this paper, we refer to relevant literatures and create incentive model ofteaching which is based on relevant theory. Then, we make an empirical study and aquestionnaire survey to study the recognition and satisfaction of teachers to themodel in order to analyze the inadequacies of this article which constructs incentivemodel of university teaching. According to the results, we optimize the incentivemodel of the teaching and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to theuniversity teaching incentives.Firstly, we use the theories and carry out excavation of these theories in depthwith comprehensive analysis of the main factors, which have an effect on theuniversity teachers’ incentive, and we will integrate and use these factors to proposeincentive model of teaching in universities.Secondly, we make an empirical study and a questionnaire survey. The object ofthis research is university teachers, and have an in-depth analysis of the applicabilityand effect of the operation of this mode. According to the statistical results, wesummarize the strengths and weaknesses of the model and the satisfaction ofuniversity teachers on teaching incentives at present. The main problems and therelationship of the elements of university teachers’ teaching incentive have beenresearched. At the same time, we have a comparative analysis in differentcharacteristics of different subjects in this paper, and study the main factors in themotivation of university teaching. It analyzes the relationship between these factors to determine the current status of university teaching incentive, then developexisting problems according to the status of university teaching work incentive.Finally, we explore the problems and the causes of university teachers teachingincentive. On the basis of the above research and according to the actual situation ofuniversity teachers motivate model, we put forward some ways to improve theconstructed model in order to optimize the model. Meanwhile, safeguard ways andsolution measures have been proposed to optimize university teaching incentivemodel, which ensures the effective operation of the model can enhances thepracticality and efficiency of the model and fully arouses the enthusiasm and abilityof university teaching, then the teaching level would be improved gradually.
