Teacher performance appraisal is one of the important systems of schoolpersonnel management. The Ministry of Education issued “guidance on good teacherperformance appraisal of compulsory education in junior high school”, Since January1,2009, the first implementation of the performance salary allocation policy in the stageof compulsory education schools. So, the enthusiasm and the responsibility of teachersconcern the national development plans. Since the special nature of the teachers’work---training a man of tremendous promise for the country. In order to promote theperformance of middle school teachers’ implementation, it requires the design andsupport from the public view of human resource management.Researching and the survey procedure are the main methods in this passage. Theresearch objects include8public junior high school in Xuzhou urban aera..What’smore, The author reviewed the relevant literature about teacher performance appraisalat home and abroad, to understand the research status of the problem, and providetheoretical support for this study.On writing ideas, the author points out the background at first. Second, the authordiscusses the concept of performance evaluation, combined with the middle schoolperformance appraisal status in Xuzhou city. At last, the author analyzes problems andcauses, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
