Since the fifteen,the state began to attach great importance and to provide strong protection by enacting a series of policies and regulations for the development of vocational education,withe particular emphasis on secondary vocational education and training by developing their skills talents training teachers.Vocational training kindergarten teachers,as an impotant component of the system,also began to develop a national construction objects,and gradually become ahot area of social concern.Therefore,participating in the training of teachers invocational pre-professional national backbone teacher training prograns as objects,investigatig and analizing the status of the project training has a great significance.This study relies on questionnaires and interviews to investigate,founds thatthere are areas for impovement:participating in the training of teachers send aclear standard,but not strictly enforced;teachers multi-channel sources,but the instructure is not optimal;peasonable module design training programs,but there arestill gaps and needs;clearly put forward the dual training objectives,but its vague connotations;evaluation of the content coves a broad area,but the the long-term effects of the training track evaluation missing.Training in the form of diversification,but participating in the training of teachers lack subjectivity play.These problems exist at all levels of the executive branch is dominatedby strict and policy development lag,lack of experiment in education training base,not enough emphasis on vocational schools,participating in the training of teachers and other causes negative attitude and so on.Based on the above analysis ofthe problems in the training program and the reasons for,this study suggests:uniform provision should double teacher standards specific content to specific training objectives;impove evaluation methods,to establish a unified,objective performance evaluation system to track;educational administrative departments at all levels should be enhanced scruting,in strict accordance with the standard;flexible develop training programs to enhance the relevance and effectiveness;teachers training balanced configuration to meet the needs reflect contract with the vocational schools,tracy system in harmony.
