| To implement “Teachers Training Program of Rural Education Masterâ€, is aimportant strategy to promote the construction of rural teachers and improve theiroverall quality, it added a group of professional backbone teachers who have thegraduate degree for rural schools, it attracted highly educated professionals engaged inbasic education, and improved structure of rural teachers.This research for the purpose of rural education master’s educational status, startwith cultivation of teaching school, to know the student satisfaction with teachingdegrees for teachers, This research combine Enterprise Customer Satisfaction Theorywith College student-centered educational philosophy. Student evaluation of teachingfeedback the teaching situation, so that raising the level of teaching in training schooland improving the quality of rural education master’s cultivation. This article use “Aquestionnaire of rural education masters satisfaction with teachers†and “A Interviewoutline of rural education masters satisfaction with teacher†to survey4grade studentsof rural education master, following are the results of investigation:First: students of rural education master have a high degree of satisfaction with theclass-teaching in training school, but there are still almost35%people dissatisfied.Second: students of rural education master in the lower grades, the identity of ethnicminoritiesã€bored in countryside and ad hoc post teachers have lower satisfaction withthe class-teaching in training school. Third: in teaching attitude, students of ruraleducation master show that they have lower satisfaction with the teachers can’t teachingthem alone. Forth: on teaching philosophy, students of rural education master representteachers can interact with students in class, but still do not do enough in leading themteaching in rural areas. Fifth: about teaching content, students of rural education masterindicate teachers use of the theory analysis issues more, but lack of supplement relevantknowledge and answer students’ puzzle in class. Sixth: regarding teaching methods,students of rural education master indicate teachers teach more in theoretical teachingmethods, the use of other teaching methods are not enough. Seventh: students of ruraleducation master represent it’s reasonable in teaching evaluation, teachers can evaluate students with their multi-performance in learning, including papers, class performanceand achievement of examination. Last: about teaching effectiveness, students of ruraleducation master show that they get some knowledge, but feel lacking in terms ofteaching skills. |
