Provincial Agricultural College Financial Management Performance Evaluation Research

With the development of our country socialist market economy, social demand for highereducation has greatly increased, school size is also growing. In the process, education fundsinvestment and no corresponding increase in our country, the contradiction between thedevelopment of scale and education investment began to emerge and is becoming more andmore serious. In2012, the state spending on education funding, as a proportion of GDP reached4%for the first time, but with the development of education, colleges and universities still facesa shortage of education funds this problem, the development of higher education is faced withgreat difficulties. University education management and development is a huge systemengineering, related to the teaching, scientific research, asset management, and financialmanagement is the core of this system, it is the management of colleges and universities andhave very important significance for the development of various undertakings. So the problemof financial management in colleges and universities, to alleviate the financial pressure isnecessary.This article is divided into five chapters, the first chapter, after reading a lot of informationabout the university financial management performance research at home and abroad literature,on the basis of analyzing the research results, this paper research goal and the main researchcontents and technical route; The second chapter, the performance of financial management incolleges and universities, the article briefly expounds related concepts and theoretical basis forbelow ground is discussed; The third chapter, to clarify the connotation of the performanceevaluation of financial management in colleges and universities, theoretical basis, and toestablish the principle of evaluation index system, is the core part of this chapter. To build thebasic model of performance evaluation of financial management in colleges and universities,from the school teaching, scientific research performance, ability to raise performance, assetperformance, combined with the existing financial system makes an analysis.
