Based on the curriculum standard development of middle school biologyteaching material is the most important curriculum resource. Good teachingmaterial for the teaching goal of reaching a role can not be ignored, and theexperiment in the teaching material content the choice of design to cultivate thestudents’ observation and experiment.This research in view of the now ubiquitous problems in experimentteaching, and by the methods of comparative research, for example, sum upmethod and so on, at the theoretical level through the instance, for China’s newversion of the compulsory education junior middle school biology teachingmaterial and the Japanese written in biology diagram experimental observationof two sets of teaching materials in the experiment set type, scope, writing style,number of experiments, the experimental materials and tools and the way ofexperiment illustrations, presents a detailed comparative study.
