With the development of the basic art education reform, compulsory education artdiscipline curriculum standards (2011edition) arises (hereinafter referred to as "newstandard"), the modern society puts forward higher requirements for art teachers. Thisdrives art teachers from the knowledge-based and technical to the intelligent andprofessional development. In this paper, I take part of the school’s art teachers of LiaoCheng City as investigation object, for the problems caused by primary school artteachers when they are using new curriculum standard, with the help of the concept of"intelligent structures", summarizing shortage of the primary school teachers’ existingintelligent structure under the background of new curriculum standard, refactoringprimary school teachers’ intelligent structure according to the requirements of newcurriculum standard. In order to adapt to the reform of basic education, it is particularlyimportant for primary school art teachers to strengthen their own ability in constructionof smart structures. The research of primary school art teachers’ intelligent structure inthe diversified development of modern society can cause more experts and scholars’concern on the constructing of smart structure,in order to promote the development ofbasic education.This paper consists of three parts: introduction, body, and conclusion. The first partis introduction, it mainly expounds research background, research purpose, researchmethod. The second part is the body, consisting of chapter one, two, three: the firstchapter mainly discusses the new requirements putted forward by New CurriculumStandard for primary school art teachers; the second chapter discusses the state ofdevelopment of primary school art teachers’ intelligent structure, for the defect caused byprimary school art teachers after they use New Curriculum Standard, based on thequestionnaire survey, doing matting for the following teachers; The third part discussesthe intelligent structure of primary school art teachers who adapt to the requirements ofNew Curriculum Standard, this part is key part of the paper, it mainly aims at the research in the content and the way of intelligent structure; Finally in the perspective ofNew Curriculum Standard, through the reconstruction of the primary school teachers’intelligent structure, building strong art education faculty, let the primary school arteducation and teaching to a higher level of development.
