The personality education of middle school students is a potential problem in recentyears by the society of general relationship problems, combining with the related dataand teaching practice in this paper mainly on the following problems are discussed:firstly, the high potential students are defined, the personality education meaning,personality education, personality education function of the main content, personality thecause of the problem of education was discussed from preaching, emptiness, personalityeducation team construction is weak, neglects the student individuality difference aspectsof the main disadvantages of personality education of middle school students frompotential; secondly, the influence of natural environment, economic environment,cultural environment, school environment, family environment influence, personalfactors of six aspects of potential students personality disorder in middle school mainreason; again, from the law of growth of Marx humanism education requirements, therequirements of social development, students’ requirements, requirements of the reality,introduces the necessity of personality education for middle school potential; finally,from the school, family, social, personal and psychological health education The mainmeasures on the surface, the personality education is discussed.
