Higher school the functional management level on the overall quality ofuniversity has the significant influence. With the progress of era and thedevelopment of information technology and information system application isunceasingly thorough, the internal more and more functional departmentproduced a cross-functional domain information sharing and businesscooperative needs. But the actual situation is the functional departments haveclosed their information resources, the information sharing process is quite slow.The author from the perspective of game Aaron, and found that theinformatization construction process, the lack of top planning and design, plusall the functional departments stick change division of labor benefits conflict,and performance evaluation to department synergistic ignored, so that no matterits information strength is dominant or at a disadvantage of university functiondepartments in prisoner’s dilemma in the middle, have to make not sharingstrategy choice. Then the author through setting up a game model, analysis mustrely on functional departments outside of the power intervention, to break the reality under the plight of the functional departments. The next game accordingto the results of the analysis, carefully analyze and find college in dealing withthe reality of the difficulties, and put forward the method of promoting theuniversity department of the information resources sharing mechanism designscheme.
